Take part in this action-packed, adrenaline-filled form of archery and enjoy the fastest growing archery game in the US! Feel the adrenaline of a team game of tag with foam-tipped arrows. Think dodgeball but with adapted archery equipment. Plain in teams and tag out your opponents with foam-tipped arrows before they tag you out! Strategize, build an offensive and defensive plan of action to outshoot and outmaneuver the opposing team. All equipment and instruction provided.  This is an outdoor activity (weather permitting) so please dress appropriately. Visit our calendar for any changes in scheduling.

Fee$5 per 15 minute game, no pre-registration necessary, participation as teams become available.

Interested in learning essential bowhunting skills for life? Explore Bow Hunting teaches arches how to interact with their natural world by developing basic skills used to bow hunt, focusing on getting close to an animal. In partnership with the South Dakota Department of Game, Fish & Parks, the Explore Bow Hunting class is designed to engage kids in the outdoors and to help kids relate to the age-old customs and skills involved in bow hunting, appreciates what is around them and enhance their enjoyment of the outdoors. All equipment is provided. This is an outdoor activity; appropriate attire is required along with a water bottle and snack. Students are required to complete an introductory archery class at the NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Center, prior to this course, such as Archery Intro, Explore Compound Archery or similar fundamentals of archery class.

Youth Explore Bow Hunting Camp

In partnership with the South Dakota Department of Game, Fish & Parks, the Explore Bow Fishing camp is an interactive shooting program that introduces kids to a fast-paced, archery-based form of fishing. This  lass teaches bow fishing basics, as well as local and state bow fishing laws. All equipment is provided. This is an outdoor activity; appropriate attire is required along with a water bottle and snack. Students are required to complete an introductory archery class at the NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Center, prior to this course, such as Archery Intro, Explore Compound Archery or similar fundamentals of archery class.

Supergirl Archery & Air Rifle Day Camp

Bring the whole crew for a day of fun! Activities include 3D archery, bow birds and exciting games. This class is great for beginner to advanced archers. Bring water and snacks for the family get-together in our picnic area before of after activities. This is an outside activity, so dress appropriately. Please register each person in the family.

Outdoor Adventure Day Camp

Archers will try a variety of games at the largest archery center in the world. Activities include target, 3D and field archery as well as craft and bow birds (think trap shooting with bows). All equipment is provided, though archers are welcome to bring their own. Students must have completed the Explore Compound Archery class or equivalent safety class offered at the NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Center (TRY Archery, After School Archery, for example). This is an outdoor activity, so dress appropriately. Please bring water, sack lunch and a snack.

Compound Archery Adventure Day Camp

New to archery? Visit us on Saturdays at 11am for our introductory archery class open to all ages. Learn range safety, basics of equipment and shot execution with the help of knowledgeable archery instructors. Perfect for family and friends looking for something fun to do on a Saturday morning. Class starts at 11am, all equipment is provided. No registration necessary, drop-ins welcome. 

PLEASE NOT: This can be used as meeting a prerequisite for many classes and camps over the summer that require pro basic archery and safety courses.

This interactive class is open to anyone wanting to learn the basics of archery. Topics covered include fundamentals of shooting, safety and equipment. We'll play fun games and shoot at 3D targets (weather allowing). This class is perfect for those who enjoy shooting sports and have an interest in bowhunting.

This four-session class is recommended for archery who have participated in Archery Level 1, After School or Intermediate Archery classes at NEYAC. Emphasis will been review and practice of the shooting steps, while incorporating fun activities. Learn essential tools- such as form, body awareness, and body control while learning to work with archery equipment and accessories- to become skilled in 3D archery, field archery and target archery. This program is perfect for kids who have already participated in archery and what to move forward in the sport. All equipment is provided. This is an outdoor activity; appropriate attire is required along with a water bottle and snack.

This program is for kids who have been active in achery and want to expand their knowledge and skill while having fun. All equipment provided.
